BOSCH, ILBERGER & CO. TO BUILD BOSCO PRODUCTS IN INDUSTRY, INDUSTRIES, PORTS OF HONDURAS

The Bosch Group announced that it will begin the development of its own food processing and injection equipment business in Europe.

Bosch, the world’s largest food processor and the maker of the Bosch Nutritive brand of nutritional supplements, will take a minority stake in the newly formed company.

The deal is subject to regulatory approval.

The company said it will be the first Bosch product to be sold in Europe and the United States.

Bosch is currently working with European companies to expand its global presence, including the Boschi Foods Group, a major European manufacturer of frozen meat products, and its subsidiary, Bosch Food Processing, which operates in China and India.

Boschi Food Processing has also been expanding its production capacity.

It will be in charge of the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of Bosch products.

The Boschi Group said it expects to launch its new Bosch food processing plant in 2018 in the Netherlands.

While Bosch is in the midst of the process of launching its first food processing unit, the company said that it is already in talks with major European food processors, such as Lidl and Samsons, to expand production in their countries.
